drive thrashes with 474

Just installed 474 and my drive starts continuously spinning shortly after launching xolox. Did complete uninstall, reinstall, reboot etc. same result. Templist.txt appears to have been created. If I kill xolox drive stops spinning.

I am running XP Pro, 450Mhz, 256Mb, attempting to share approximately 8G of mp3 data. Any ideas?
