support 0.7!

Please implement the new 0.7 proposal! It introduces UTF-8 for search communication, meaning it becomes possible to share files with names in _any_ language.

In that context, please watch out so that the GUI or string handling doesn't break the UNICODE support! If you need a tester for the multilanguage features, just contact me!

I think ultrapeers and compression are more of a priority, but .7 will happen eventually

It depends on your goals which one is more important: By implementing 0.7, you can expand your user base as non-English speakers will flock to the (probably only?) client that supports their language. But if expanding your user base is not that important to you, it's not a priority.

I think making the program better expands the userbase at about the same rate

I really like that idea. I spent 3 years in Japan and like a number of musicians there. Unless the person sharing has typed a song in English I can't find it. Then again typing a search in Japanese is a pain!
