You can change the Sort order of columns, but it does not get saved on restart - it would be nice to save you default sort order. Also attached to this item is a request for a Auto Refresh, one that re-applies your current sort.

For example, I often sort on "Est. Time" or "Speed" so I can see what in my Que is being downloaded. In my case I constantly have to click the "Est. Time" column to see which Que item at has grabbed a server to download my file requests from.

I do find it increadibly annoying that Xolox does not automatically sort incuming results, just simply appends them to the end of the list. If I have sorted my searches, I won't know that I have gotten anymore hits unless I pay attention to the number of results in the tab title. Even if I do I still have to resort the list. It kinda gets annouing after a while.
