but back to the point would it be poss to have a location that files are situated accessable via say the right mouse button ( I have seen this in Gneculeus) then perhaps a whois could be done and the country returned.

This would protect the users direct identity, and give some indication as to whether users are in the same time zone and likely to complete a download.

Ideas ?
