The interface

I know a lot of people like simple, but is too simple really the answer, and those big command buttons, should let users be able to custumize their views, maybe even skin your app. Other than that xolox is great.

hell ill admit it aint pretty but it works....

I wouldnt mind being able to skin it or change it a bit but please dont let that become a MAJOR feature.

Ive seen too many program works os well and then skinning is added and the whole thing falls apart.

simple skinning (eg changing colors and buttons would be nice) but if theyre going to implement it i beg them not to go overboard.....
