get rid of partial shares

Can u get rid of the partail file sharing.
Every time i try to download files (like movies) i always end up with partial files because xolox starts to download files from people that are not complete.
So make it so that only completed files in peoples share folders can be downloaded, cause i have about 3 gigis of incomplete files because of this.
