in my "observations" thread in user experience I noted that "The number segments XoloX will attempt to download at once is equal to two times the 'upload speed' setting. Downloads have no speed limits, but I don't have the bandwidth or files to share to observe how uploads work." and ask "Does each upload get 'upload speed' K/s, or does each upload get ('upload speed' / number of uploads) K/s?"

Anyone know the answer to the question?
