This doesnt completely have everything to do with the prob, but I can tell you right now that having more than 30 processes running in task manager is almost a sure sign you have spyware on your puter. Maybe not in your case, you may just have a zillion programs running that you have installed. But be VERY VERY Leary as to what is running in background. As having so many processes running like that can SERIOUSLY slow your puter down, even if it show only 7-15% cpu usage. I have a MAXIMUM of 32 processes running and they are the bare minimum to run anything I need.
