Here is a cure for ppl who move alot and have a lot of different ISP's in a relatively short period of time. Get an international/worldwide addy you can access no matter where you are. Where?? Try Yahoo or Hotmail to name two of the top email providers. They are free and as long as you are honest about it they will always be there.
