The reason we ask people to filter out .wma are here:

.mp3 files do not do this. If it was just some of them being crap/junk then it would just be the same as with .mp3 files.
You could add them to bitzi with explanation on what they are, then people interested can just magnet link to them.
http://bitzi.com download the bitcollider to add files to the database.
Also when people browse you, they will be able to see the .wma files even if .wma has been added to the keyword filter.
