It's been awhile since I used it and whenever I do this, it won't start. I can't remember what I did in the past.
1) I have un-installed Norton long ago....never liked it. At computer start up I get a couple error messages that basically it is missing files to load Norton. I have to do a restore with CD's I had sent to me to get that portion of this computer. Restores a such a headache when you have a lot of files on your PC.
2) I have McAfee, but the firewall is not installed
It seems I only have Windows Firewall and Limewire is an exception and I tried re-adding it also.
