I downloaded Limewire from Limewire.com. I've had it for years; faithfully upgrading it as upgrades became available. Limewire worked fine through previous upgrades in Mac OSX: Panther, Tiger etc.

I've not tried anything like deleting and reinstalling Limewire because it works OK except for that annoying button confusion it develops during searches.
