From the Finder: Cmd-Shift-A, scroll to the LW folder and trash it.

Then Cmd-Shift-H and click the Library folder, scroll down to the preferences Folder, open it and trash the Limewire folder in there.

If you want to really erase every single trace of the program you might also want to delete the Incomplete folder in the Cmd-Shift-H directory.
