Unhappy port entry problems

Hi. I have been trying to connect to Limewire on a pc running windows. I could not connect and so started following the help files which included following the instructions to make sure my firewall was not blocking the Gnutella port. However, it says at step 17 "Repeat steps 9 to 13, except this time check the UDP radio button in step 12." When I do this I get a message that "the port number is already used by another entry, please enter a unique port number". Any help will be really appreciated

You do not say the version of Windows however try to set "TCP/UDP" or "Both" in a single rule instead of two separate rules.
