Hi!
That's Me answering my own question! The reason for having a very slow speed couldn't be simpler! My "great finding" can help someone else who is looking for "major solution", when the solution is: CHECK YOUR MAXIMUM DATA ALLOWANCE from your provider! In my case, I reached 100%, being my speed reduced from 512 to 28.8kbps, to avoid paying excess download fee. So, if I don't want to pay for a better plan, I have to wait until next bill! Well, I hope this event can help someone out there! Nice talk to you!
